Web Admin CRM: A high-productivity administrative portal built with Next.js 16 App Router, offering live attendance tracking, employee directory, leave management, device binding approvals, and instant CSV/PDF reporting.
Native Mobile App: Published on the Google Play Store (com.presentee.app) using Expo 57 and React Native, providing one-tap check-in with GPS geofencing, native camera selfie evidence, and on-device biometric confirmation (Fingerprint & Face ID).
Automated Hourly Payroll: Converts verified punch records and approved leave into payroll-ready payout sheets, calculating precise hourly overtime and fair, proportional late-arrival deductions.
Super Admin Operations Console: An isolated, high-security console for platform owners to manage company onboarding, track active employee seat subscriptions, and monitor platform health.

Challenge

Small and growing organizations face severe operational hurdles managing workforce attendance:

Buddy Punching & Proxy Attendance: Physical swipe cards and basic mobile apps are easily exploited by colleagues clocking in for absent teammates.
Costly & Fragile Biometric Scanners: Dedicated hardware fingerprint machines require physical wiring, frequent maintenance, and do not accommodate field staff or multi-branch operations.
Payroll Reconciliation Bottlenecks: HR teams waste days each month manually calculating overtime hours, late-arrival deductions, and leave balances from messy spreadsheets.

The server evaluates GPS coordinates against configurable office radii, accepts live selfie evidence with automatic 60-day privacy retention, verifies OS-level biometrics, and enforces strict single-device hardware trust.
Unified Next.js 16 App Router Architecture: Marketing site, self-serve onboarding, company CRM, platform console, and versioned /api/v1 REST endpoints reside in a single deployable without microservice overhead.
Expo & React Native Mobile App: Built for Android (Google Play) and iOS with hardware-level camera, GPS, and local biometric authentication, sharing validation schemas (Zod) with the backend.
Multi-Tenant Data Isolation & Atomic Transactions: Powered by MongoDB replica set transactions to guarantee atomic consistency during company registration and attendance logging with zero cross-tenant leakage.
